The Role of the PMO in Benefits Management | Edinburgh

Really pleased to announce the second PMO Flashmob event in Scotland. This time we’re heading to Edinburgh.

The next PMO Flashmob in Scotland takes place at QA on Thursday 19th May 2016:

32 South Gyle Crescent, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH12 9EB

The evening will kick off at 6.00pm with networking, before starting the main session at 6:30pm. It will finish at 8pm.

In this evening’s session, “The Role of the PMO in Benefits Management” we will be looking at a particular PMO service areas which continues to present challenges:

“Benefits Management has been on the ‘too hard’ pile in many organisations for a long time.  However, PMOs are now being asked to support, or even drive its implementation.  Needless to say, developing a Benefits Management process and adding it into the project management repository is not sufficient.  This session will provide an insight into some of the considerations and challenges you may face in your PMO when implementing Benefits Management into a project, programme or portfolio environment.

The session will also provide the opportunity to discuss the challenges faced by those in the audience and the tactics and strategies employed to overcome them.”

Eileen RodenOur host for the evening is P3O author, Eileen Roden.

Eileen is an experienced Project and Programme Management Consultant and Trainer working with clients to improve project delivery capability of individuals and organsations.
