We’re back in the West Midlands on Thursday 6th February, this time it’s Coventry and many thanks to Severn Trent Water for their support with the event.
The session is run by John McIntyre, a great friend of PMO Flashmob and we’re covering a topic which many PMOs are interested in right now, here’s more about it:
Many PMOs do not have the luxury of focussing solely on Waterfall or Agile projects.
Their challenge is to develop their service catalogue to support the Waterfall projects in flight and the increasing number of Agile projects in the portfolio.
During this session, John will talk us through how he has successfully risen to this and provides some practical wisdom and useful insights into quick wins and traps to avoid.
Sound like something your PMO is facing right now?

Hi PM Flashmob team – will there be a similar session in London soon?
Funny you should ask that – yes in March! Just sorting it out now 🙂
Hi I am really interested in this event but can’t get to Coventry on this date. Will the session be streamed or a webinar created of the session? Thanks
