We wanted to kick off a conversation, spark some debate and exchanging of ideas around a couple of things –
- what the service catalogue is;
- how you use it in your organisation and;
- what’s in the service catalogue.
In this article, we’re going to focus on the basics first, and then next week we’ll look at the outcomes from the work people were doing around the tables over spilt pints and sausage rolls.
