PMO Flashmob Scotland – The State of PMO in Scotland

Really pleased to announce that we can offer networking for PMO practitioners in Scotland in March this year.

Our first PMO Flashmob in Scotland takes place at Scottish and Southern Energy on Thursday 3rd March 2016:

1 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 6AY situated right next to Glasgow Central Station

The evening will kick off at 6:30pm with an introduction from Scottish Southern Energy and of course kicking off a new part of PMO Flashmob in Scotland.

The evening will  provide an opportunity for networking and discussing three topic areas:

  • The set up of PMO’s in Scotland and how they vary across industries;
  • The state of the PMO in Scotland in the next 12/18 months and potential opportunities;
  • The challenges we are likely to face in the next 12/18 months in Scotland.

These initial topics for the PMO Flashmob Scotland provide an environment to enable collaborative sharing of best practice.

Your main host for the evening is Jim Livesey, Senior PMO Manager at SSE, Jennifer Band, PMO Lead and Lindsay Scott from PMO Flashmob.

PMO Flashmobbers will leave this session full of insights into what’s happening in PMO in Scotland and what opportunities and problems they could face in 2016/17.

The doors will open at 6pm with a Networking opportunity until 6.30pm.  The evening will finish at 8.00pm.

If you’ve been watching the PMO Flashmob events in London for the past few years, now’s your chance to get involved nearer to home.
