PMO Flashmob is back on Thursday 23rd April in London with an evening focused on Portfolio Management level PMO and specifically looking at improving the maturity levels of portfolio management within your delivery organisation.
During the session we’ll be looking at the 17 questions that need answers – 17 different areas that need consideration when looking to embed and improve portfolio management. Areas such as strategy; standardisation; delegation, reporting, planning, assessment and tooling.
If you’re currently working at a portfolio-level PMO this is a great session to help you start thinking about improvement areas. If you’re not working at this level, it’s a great place to start gaining insights into this type of PMO – you never know where your PMO career is going to take you so gain some great learning from this evening’s session.
We’re joined by Holger Heuss, a leading authority on portfolio management level PMOs and ePMO – also a great supporter of PMO Flashmob!
We continue our focus this year on PMO services – with portfolio management taking the focus in this session.
WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO MOVE THIS TO AN ONLINE SESSION – MORE DETAILS TO FOLLOW
