Coaching Project Managers

The first PMO Flashmob of 2015 takes place on Thursday 15th January from 6pm at ESI International’s offices just off Oxford Street.

This evening’s session is all about coaching project managers.

So many PMO job descriptions and roles & responsibilities include the ability to coach project managers. But do PMO practitioners actually coach project managers? Isn’t it really mentoring? Or advising?

In this session we’re really pleased to have Susanne Madsen join us and lead a real session on coaching project managers. Susanne is a fully qualified Corporate and Executive coach and has worked in project management for over 17 years.

This is the first time we’ve really looked at the topic of coaching in a PMO setting and it is a great opportunity to see what coaching project managers is really all about and how this can be applied in your own PMO.
