We’re in Bristol for the very first time and PMO Flashmob will be taking place at Alliance Homes which is in Portishead, BS20.
The session takes place on Thursday 19th April – starting from 6pm and lasting until 8pm.
What the PMO Needs to Know – Agile Project Governance
Following on from the previous session we held in Leeds & Edinburgh, introducing The Lean-Agile PMO (a PMO that supports the delivery of both Agile and traditional activities)- we’ve invited Jon Ward back to help us get into more detail around the role the PMO is providing in supporting Agile and agility in organisations.
We focus on one of the hottest topic areas for PMO right now – project governance.
How does the PMO engage with the agile ceremonies? What is Agile Portfolio Management? What Agile ceremonies does the PMO facilitate? What is the behaviour of the “Servant-Leading” PMO? What about the waterfall projects?
Using the context that many PMOs have both agile and traditional projects in their portfolio this session will compare and contrast the behaviours and processes required for project governance.
The session is run by Jon Ward from Beneficial Consulting
The session will be held on Thursday 19th April – starting from 6pm and lasting until 8pm.
It takes place at:
40 Martingale Way,
Portishead, Bristol BS20 7AW
