The PMO Leadership Role \\ London – 28th September

The next PMO Flashmob in London takes place on the Thursday 28th September.

The PMO Leadership Role is one which has two different angles – the leadership of the PMO and the PMO as an entity within an organisation which provides the leadership and link between strategy formulation and the delivery of programmes and projects.

For both sides of PMO Leadership there is still much to learn and understand and has our workplaces and organisations become increasingly volatile and unpredictable, PMO leadership will continue to change and adapt.

So what can we learn about PMO Leadership in a Chaotic World ?

In this presentation and integrated discussion session we will learn what it means to lead and manage a PMO in today’s VUCA world.

The session will also introduce two models – including the Centre-Leader and the Strategic Execution Framework -which can help us consider the skills we need to provide strong PMO leadership in the future.

Twenty Eighty Strategy ExecutionThe session is hosted and led by Tim Wasserman and Alaina Fletcher from TwentyEighty Strategy Execution.

We’re delighted to have Tim speaking to the PMO Flashmob community after a very successful session at the PMO Conference a couple of years back and we know you’ll enjoy this session. Part of the session will also introduce new thinking from Duke University which is focused on smarter ways of working for people in project-based work roles.

The session will take place at their offices in the City.
